Examples of the team’s recent and previous experience 

  • We acted for ICI in the reported case of Hagen & 440 others v ICI & others. 
  • We acted for various national hauliers and logistics businesses in defending all types of tribunal claims and advising on TUPE and other employment issues. 
  • We acted for a large national employer in relation to complex discrimination claims, including serial litigants.
  • We advised on multiple settlement agreements over a short period of time following collective redundancy consultation procedures.
  • We acted for a number of senior executives, including c-suite executives, on strategic exits.  This has included acting for multiple members of the same Board, negotiating their exits, including in relation to share options.
  • We regularly assist the Corporate Finance Team in advising on the employment aspects of transactions, including TUPE, Directors’ Service Agreements and associated settlement agreements.
