Examples of the team’s recent and previous experience
- Advising a client in relation to a multi million pound overage claim which was expedited for trial on very short notice.
- We acted for a developer and owner of a business park in a dispute in relation to the wording of a restrictive covenant, which included applying to the High Court for an injunction.
- We provide ongoing legal support for a number of household name clients actively managing their property portfolios. Our client base includes an electrical wholesale retailer, a high street bank, a bakery and a coffee shop franchises.
- We advised a house builder in connection with a complex misrepresentation claim.
- We advised a hotel in relation to a service charge dispute.
- Developing and implementing a possession strategy for a global cladding and insulation manager. This involved complex questions around the ’54 Act, timing and strategy.
