Tyr’s manufacturing team is made up of a network of practice specialists who bring a wealth of experience.   • We advised a manufacturing client on how to manage and organize their technical product data, including specifications, datasheets, and other product details.

  • We acted for a manufacturing company to engage on their behalf with the sewage undertaker, regarding an investigation into alleged breaches of the Company’s trade effluent consent.
  • We acted for a leading international company in the manufacturing and distribution of lightweight belting solutions, we assisted bolt-on acquisitions in manufacturing sector.
  • Acted on disputes in relation to unsatisfactory products, including related issues around building standards and training standards and advising in related to associated insurance issues.
  • We advised KFH Private Equity BV (a Dutch private equity house) on its investment in Kitchen Project Solutions Limited.
  • We acted on the purchase of a commercial manufacturing site which sits adjacent to our client’s existing manufacturing facility.
  • We acted for a manufacturing client to serve notice to terminate a tenant’s tenancy, this was opposed by the tenant; we advised on the structure of 3 new leases which allowed the tenant to remain for 2 more years.
  • We acted on the purchase (via long leases) of 3 c.100,000 sq. ft manufacturing units in Cardiff.
