Leeds based commercial law firm Tyr has promoted commercial property lawyer, Marcus Watson, to partner. Marcus joined from Clarion in 2020 and has been a key part of the growth of Tyr’s commercial property team since joining.
Marcus specialises in commercial development acquisitions and disposals, property finance transactions and complex landlord and tenant matters. He acts for a range of clients including high net worth individuals, large multinational corporates, companies and funds over a variety of industry sectors.
