  • Advising on trading standards and consumer protection, including: 
    • food safety
    • product misdescription/mis-selling
    • product safety and recalls

We can also advise on other areas of regulatory law, particularly consumer-facing ones such as competition investigations.   

With the regulatory landscape constantly evolving, particularly in areas like fire safety post-Grenfell, we help clients understand their obligations at every stage.

  • Representing a waste company in relation to an ongoing Environment Agency (EA) investigation.
  • Acting for a company in the travel sector to appeal against revocation of the company’s licence to operate.   
  • Advising on an application for   variation of an environmental permit.
  • Acting for a property management company in respect of a fire enforcement notice and a noise abatement notice served on them.  
  • Advising on regulatory issues arising in corporate and property transactions.
