  • We guide clients through understanding their environmental responsibilities in development agreements and leases, especially for large infrastructure projects.
  • We supported RGL Management Limited, a class action funder, in setting up a major B2B class action against suppliers in the energy sector, with a projected value of £200-300 million.
  • We advised a recycling client on navigating licensing procedures and how to handle related issues like the ownership of technological improvements.
  • We represented an energy company in securing an urgent injunction against protestors, helping them stop an unlawful demonstration linked to the Just Stop Oil movement, which made headlines.
  • Our Commercial Litigation team worked on behalf of a minority shareholder involved in two companies in the home improvement and renewable energy sectors.
