His work has spanned a broad range of industries including disputes relating to peer-to-peer lending, property development, professional services, education, pensions, media, and manufacturing.
Expertise
He has expertise in claims involving allegations of dishonesty and professional negligence He has substantial property litigation experience. Nigel leads Tyr’s tax litigation work, both disputes with HMRC and commercial claims with a tax element.. Nigel has experience of challenging the decisions of various public bodies through judicial review. He has acted on several large group actions.
