Matthew specialises in conflict work with particular experience of advising on complex and high value matters relating to investor disputes, director/officer misfeasance, professional negligence and civil fraud. Matthew also has significant experience of group litigation including advising on some of the UK’s largest private damages actions for breach of competition law.
