Gemma enjoys getting to know businesses, business leaders and HR managers to fully understand their needs and preferred ways of working, and to help them develop their people strategies.
Expertise
Gemma has significant experience dealing with the full range of both contentious and non-contentious issues, including defending Employment Tribunal claims and providing support in relation to TUPE issues on business sales and restructuring, as well as drafting and advising on restrictive covenants. She also advises clients on day-to-day employment law issues as they arise, as well as providing strategic advice.
