He acts for a wide range of clients from public companies to private individuals across a range of sectors, including: Retail and Consumer, Digital, Energy and Utilities, Transport, and Financial Services.
Expertise
David advises on a wide range of high-value complex commercial disputes and risk management issues, with specialist experience in disputes involving IT, pensions and trusts, financial services, and corporate issues. He frequently advises on international disputes, including in respect of supply chain issues and contract terminations.
