Martin specialises in high-value and complex commercial disputes, often with a cross-border element. He has wide experience in professional negligence claims (including against barristers, solicitors, insurance brokers, financial advisors, and investment advisors), breach of contract, and misrepresentation. Martin acts across a range of sectors including banking and finance, telecommunications, utilities, retail, sport and leisure, and media.

Martin’s experience includes over a decade in the City of London, having trained and qualified at a Magic Circle law firm, where he also undertook secondments to its Berlin office, as well as the Legal Unit of the Bank of England.
