Alistair is the author of the chapter on injuries in Football & the Law (published by Bloomsbury and edited by Nick De Marco KC), both the First Edition (2018) and the Second Edition (2022). The chapter was cited with approval as an authority in sports injuries in the High Court case of Fulham FC v Jones [2022] EWHC 1108 (QB).
