Ned works with a range of clients, including individuals, SMEs, corporates and public sector organisations.  Ned has particular experience of shareholder and other company disputes, professional negligence claims, construction litigation, insurance coverage disputes and injunctions, but assists the whole team and has also supported the Regulatory, Business Restructuring and Property Litigation teams.
